Win-back outreach — order lookup
Loads saved targets from NEXT_PUBLIC_LOOKUP_TABLE_ENDPOINT (default rewards/wallet-transactions/lookup-table). Append extra users by order ID via NEXT_PUBLIC_ORDER_USERS_LOOKUP_ENDPOINT. Track WhatsApp / email outreach from the API or with manual toggles (stored in this browser).
